We have always had a great experience with our usual salesman, Joe Cyr, so when my husband's truck decided to give up the ghost I called Joe and told him what we needed and gave him a price range.He found a really great, low mileage truck for us at a very low price. He knew we couldn't come in until after work, and it would be late when we got there, so they got the truck all ready for us, and did as much as they could so we could get in and out as fast as possible.Varney has always treated us well, whether it is just for service visits, or to buy a vehicle, so we always go back.
I have purchased several vehicles from Varney GMC/Buick Mazda and the sales staff has ,always been extremely pleasant and helpfull as well as the parts and service people.The salesmean Steve Franz was exceptionally helpfull on this last purchase of my 2016 Buick Encore. He helped us set it up and sync it with our smartphones, help unload and reload our vehicles, . He went through all the accessories with us, provided food & drink during our wait, had the vehicle filled with gas and washed for us. Whatever we needed he went up and above his duty to provide for us. I wanted to take him home with us. I could have used him around the house. We are extremely satisfied with this dearlership. I have been dealing with them since 2001.
