I stopped in with my son to trade for a new Tundra about 5 years ago. I couldn't believe the effort, of his sales rep, in assisting him in getting the exact deal he wanted. I went back the next available day to see if she would do the same for me and much to my amazement she did. My son purchased a new Tundra earlier this year and I just purchased a new Tundra a week ago.Their TV ad is no lie. They have consistently offered more for my trade, and I contact multiple dealers in multiple states.Jessica Allen worked with us on; our trade in value, any incentives available and our purchase agreement. NEVER has she come back to us saying "My sales manager won't allow" OR "Our finance manager says we can't". The deal is; straight up, straight forward and probably one of the last bastions of honest dealing.I have recommended Waite Toyota & Jessica Allen to those who have asked me about my purchase experience. I don't know if all of the sales people are taught to this standard or if it's personal ethics on her part BUT I admire these traits in people I deal with.I've talked to sales people who have bragged about their numbers and Jessica has yet come in second against any of them. (Not once have I even heard herbrag about beating their deal.)I just find it hard to believe myself.
I truly appreciated the no hassle car purchase. Jon Keggins was my salesman and he let me have the time I needed to make up my mind and finally purchase my new RAV4 Hybrid. Thank you Jon and Waite Toyota. Having traded a Prius I have used the service department and have been satisfied with the service which help me make my decision.

Jon was very knowledgeable about vehicle specs and was willing to work with me to make me a customer. He walked me through all of the specs of my new car, the buying process was very simple, and the service was excellent. I even received a follow up phone call today from a customer service line to thank me for my purchase and offered a number to call if I had any issues and needed help. I would highly recommend Waite Toyota to others and will certainly be spreading the word of the excellent service that I received while I was there. We have dealt with Waite Toyota on three cars now. The salespeople have always had our best interest at heart. We went to another Toyota dealer in between and came back. We will not be experimenting with any other dealers in the future. We get a no-hassle fair shake from Waite every time.
I was curious about trading in my SUV and walked out with the best deal anyone can ask for. Chuck made the process so easy to where all i had to do was sign a few papers and the rest was done. For any issues no matter what they are, I can always call and expect the same service over the phone. I would and will come back here for my next vehicle.
