I purchased a new Dodge neon from this dealer. Wanted to trade it in with 32,000 miles and they wouldn't, give me anything for it because it was a manual. The new car was also manual. The salesman kept going back and forth to a manager and we could not come to terms. Ended up buying the identical car from Acton Toyota, total purchase took less than 30 minutes. I have since bought a second Toyota from them.

We were looking to buy a used car but we saw a good deal and a nice rebate on a new car at Westboro Toyota. The salesman Leo Oliveria was very personable, always helpful and knowledgeable about their cars. Great to be able to buy locally!

I went to several Toyota dealerships in the area. I spoke with several sales reps, however, I didn't feel comfortable to do business with them. When I went to Westboro Toyota and met Julio Romero I felt that although he is a young man there was a high level of honesty and sincerity. He didn't promised anything, he understood what I was looking for and help me to achieve my goal. I love my new car and I recommend Westboro Toyota very highly to everyone.ThanksMiryan

We drove from New York to purchase a used Toyota that meet our specifications. When we walked in the door we were introduced to Ricky who was gong to be our sales person. I have to say he was the most polite personable sales person I have ever dealt with. His professionalism and his courteous and respectful way made our buying experience a very enjoyable experience.

Did a great job of analyzing issue with speaker, ensuring that I got it covered under warranty. Repair rep made sure that the job was done correctly. Only issue was some miscommunication between parts and service, but that was resolved quickly.

I purchased my 2nd Toyota Tundra from Westboro Toyota and couldn't be happier. They advertised the "right price" which was more competitive than some of the other local dealers and meant that I didn't have to haggle. In the end, I got a much better deal than the dealer down the road and overall had a great experience. When I took the truck back for the first no-cost maintenance, the dealership had completed their recent renovations and there is a nice waiting room with big screen tvs, and even a cafe. I'd definitely recommend you check these guys out.

When I went to Westboro Toyota to look for a car, I expected an exhausting and difficult time. I am a woman, who in the past, has had unpleasant experiences with other dealerships, so I was prepared for the same.Instead, I was met with courtesy and respect by everybody who spoke with me and helped me. Ricky P., the salesman showed me the cars I was interested in, and was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Edwin, the Sales Manager was extremely courteous and very fair. Paul D. , the Financial Manager, was also extremely helpful and very nice, and Leo O. went out of his way, at Edwin's suggestion, to follow me home to save me an extra trip as I had forgotten to bring in a necessary document. While there, Leo put on my license plates and spent close to a half hour patiently going over the features of my new car. All of these people, and a couple more whose names I don't know, were very considerate, pleasant and helpful in every way.I definitely suggest Westboro Toyota to everybody who is looking for a new or used car as I know I was treated pleasantly, honestly and fairly.

Westboro Toyota is an awesome dealership. Our salesman, Tim High, was incredibly patient, responsive and helpful. The General Sales Manager, Luiz Augusto Angelo, was also wonderful. We were equally impressed with Michael Knox, General Manager. They all went above and beyond to fix an issue that was no fault of their own and made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I strongly recommend this dealership.

I went for a repair of the rack and pinion at Westboro Toyota on August 18, 2014, a cost of $996.73. I had an excellent experience in which the service advisor, assistant service manager James Lavelle, was very informative and communicative. Mr. Lavelle put in a lot of research on the vehicles repair, offered a shuttle from Westboro Toyota [which is amazing because the destination wasnt near Westboro] and he went above and beyond with helping me as a customer. He was on the phone with the independent shop that gave the quote, he was communicating with the other service managers in his department and he was very professional, friendly and courteous. Also, Westboro Toyota is the only dealership that advertises a matching price for an independent shop. Mr. Lavelle took my worries away because when I got quotes from local shops, they were too nervous and couldn't figure out how to do the repair without removing the engine from the car. Mr. Lavelle stated that Toyota knows their cars very well, and indeed Westboro Toyota far exceeded my expectations on this repair. I was nervous going in, and afterward the worries went away. Even though I had a past situation with Duy Pham in regards to a separate incident that involved my battery, it shouldn't reflect negatively on the service department at Westboro Toyota.

I purchased a new 4Runner from Westboro Toyota and could not have had a better car buying experience. I was feeling a little jaded after having a terrible experience at Toyota of Braintree, but Westboro Toyota really has it all! My communications with Kyle McCann were pleasant and thorough. The no haggle pricing made everything nice and simple. Joseph Cefalo was my product specialist and walked us through the whole pressure free process. Ryan Callahan was able to get me a very fair price on my trade in. I was at the dealership for a total of 3 hours and drove away in a new car, it could not have been easier or more pleasant. I will be referring everyone I know to Westboro Toyota!
