Being a sales professional myself(not cars) I am aware of the tricks, games etc that are always present in car buying and I have bought many cars and had to deal with it but Pete made this a very hassle and pressure free event from beggining to END. This was by far the easiest and most convenient car buying process I've ever had. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by their friendly and courteous front desk staff who asked me browse until they could send a salesman my way. In the few minutes I browsed, I found the exact car I wanted on the showroom floor and when my salesman Eugene was introduced to me, he immediately got to work on my deal. I truly appreciated the speed at which he expedited everything as I had my toddler w/ me and knew he wouldn't be patient through a long negotiations process. I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes, start to finish. Eugene and Mike (my finance guy) told me to come and get my new vehicle at noon 2 days from then -- I left the dealership feeling very excited but slightly baffled as I wondered how on earth I had simultaneously managed to both trade-in an old car and purchase a new one in such a short amount of time and without the headache and frustrations that normally come with buying a new car.The day of my scheduled pickup, I received a courtesy call from Eugene reminding me to have my new ID cards emailed over and letting me know that I could come on over whenever I was ready. I arrived to pick up my new car and sign the final paperwork. It took all of 15 minutes inside the dealership before exchanging keys and being introduced to my brand new car. I could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone in the market for a new (or preowned) vehicle. I cannot sing their praises enough! If you go, ask for the Eugene & Mike combo, they're great!

I had almost given up on this dealership after purchasing 4 vehicles and then being treated very shabbily by personnel a year ago. However, I gave it one more chance. Lucky for them I met Marty. Truly a kind, warm, honest individual. He gave me all the information on the vehicle, even facts not requested, so I would have all the information to make the purchase at a great price. I hope the owners at Westbury Jeep recognize the jewel they have in Marty Siflinger. Thanks Marty for making the process of buying a car fun again. Dan

Ramona greeted me with a smile and assisted with several vehicle options. I was not sure which vehicle I wanted but Ramona took the time to explain each vehicle to me. As a returning lessee, she made sure that the best deal was provided. She took the time to explain each variation of pricing that I asked for in regards to the lease type based on mileage, year / model, and payment options making sure I am properly educated in order to help make my decision. Ultimately, I chose the Ram Would 500, I love this truck. I would definitely recommend my family / friends to work with Ramona specifically for a buy or lease. Will definitely go to Westbury Jeep for all my car needs.

Ramona really was the key benefactor in my decision to lease my new 2017 Jeep Patriot. From the first handshake to the last signature signed she was very pleasant, kind, and transparent (which is very rare). From beginning to end she made the experience very seamless and made sure that they best deal was provided. I was welcomed by Romona Khan. And the entire process took less than an hour!!! She was so amazing. everyone in there made me feel welcomed and I've never had this experience buying a car. they worked with me to get the lowest payment possible and also found the jeep I was looking for! First time Wrangler owner she took her time to explain everything to me and I really appreciated that! She took me for a test drive and I loved the Jeep even more!!!!
