The service team is always great. In particular, Angelina is responsive and helpful. Appreciate the updates. My car has 230K miles on it and the team treats it like a new vehicle.

I'd been shopping around for a lease and I knew my search was over after working with Jordan. I explained what I was interested in and the price point I needed to stick to and he made the entire process simple and fun. The facilities are in line with the products they offer at the White Allen group. I leased new model year Volkswagen, and had the luxury of browsing the Audi/Porsche lineup further down the showroom while I waited. I had been wanting to made the switch to a German engineered car for some time, and the current models are competitively priced for the options they offer. While I'm happy to be done with the task of finding a new car, I'd have no problem doing it again with Jordan and crew.

I live in Columbus, but found an excellent deal at White Allen Auto Group in Dayton. speaking with Jordan over the phone, he agreed to not only send pictures to my phone, but also check for any minor items the website didn't pick up on! Feeling more confident about making the hour and a half drive, the vehicle was washed and ready for us when we arrived, along with warm and friendly greetings from Jordan and the staff. After test driving and going through financing this dealership is well worth the drive and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!!!

I was traveling from TN to MI in My 2010 VW Jetta. Progressively awful noises from the rear of my car! My hubby studied my route and found this dealership on a Friday afternoon.
