These people will drive you crazy. Trying to make us buy a vehicle right then and there. We wanted to do some research on the vehicle before we purchased it. We told the salesman that we would come back the next day. He called SEVEN times to see when we would be there. Seven times! When we finally got there he ran out to greet us before we even parked. He asked "Well are you ready to sign the papers?" "The car has already been detailed this morning for you." I don't like pushy salesmen. We left said we would not be buying a car from them. Before we got home (about 20 min.) the salesman, his boss and the dealership manger had already called. When we got home the salesman kept calling all day and then about three times the next two days.
I made a deal with salesman that I would go home and research car prices and return the next day. A good idea I thought,then all at once we were surrounded by salesmen and manager pressuring us to buy this car.TOO PUSHY!!! I will not do business that way.
Went shopping for a used SUV. Told salesman what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay and he said he could get me into the vehicle I wanted for the note I wanted right off the bat. Spent hours there only to find that he could not deliver what he promised, although he stated that his boss told him to make sure I got what I wanted. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership as my daughter had the exact same experience 2 months prior.
after a number of deals gone wrong. found a dealer that does what they said they wound do.if your tired of being jerked around. call denise dendy .thank you for a good deal. will do a business again..
was waited on in timely manner and was not given the old new car runaround on pricing.
I made a deal with this dealer on a Friday afternoon. I thought it was a done deal. The next day I show up to sign the papers and realize they have made an appointment with another buyer for the SAME vehicle at the SAME time!I didn't realize I was being used to prompt the other buyers to negotiate higher! They even seated me right next to the other people trying to buy the vehicle! I guess they wanted to use me as the catalyst to make more money. I couldn't have been more embarrassed after being treated this way. Do yourself a favor, Don't deal with Wright. Just another Lufkin scam artist!
