Just wasted an hour of my life because if this place. They gave us a business card for Toyota on Central and told us to take our vehicle to their body shop in Toledo. We drove all the way there from Maumee while getting stuck in construction traffic. We finally arrive and Toyota on Central then tells us that we have to take the vehicle to Sylvania, because that's where the body shop is. We ran out of time and had to drive back home to Maumee. Why did Toyota in Maumee send us to Toledo, when they should have told us to go to Sylvania in the first place?

I just had my 10,000 oil change and check up for my 2015 Corolla... it all went very smoothly. Adam was such a great help. The waiting area is so nice and clean and all the staff is just so friendly and helpful.

We have been customers of Yark for years. We've always had a wonderful experience! Our newest lease is a Toyota 4Runner and we are thrilled! Excellent customer service and the process is always smooth from sales to finance. We worked with Tavon in sales and Vince in Finance. Five stars all the way. Wouldn't trust anyone other than Yark for our vehicles. Thank you!

I've driven a Toyota since 1992 but in the last few years, mainly due to the service received at a different dealer's service department, I had decided my 2010 Prius would be my last. I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received at Yark, however. Adam was easy to reach and returned calls promptly with updates on my car and what the technician was doing to diagnose and fix the problem. Adam and his coworkers have so much personality, too! They were all very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there.

I had my 2015 Rav4 10,000 mile maintenance. Comfortable waiting area with tv, complementary beverages and snacks! My vehicle was serviced efficiently and even a car wash. The service team at Yark is great!

I've been a Yark customer since 2004 and decided I'd like a basic car and picked a Toyota Corolla. I am nearly 70 and wanted a safe, economical car. There was no pressure to upgrade, my needs were understood and respected, and I feel I got a great deal on the exact car I needed. Highly Recommend this dealership and the sales rep, Terry Barnes.

his past week my husband picked me up from work, drove across the street, & stopped into Yark to take a look at a low-mileage Toyota RAV 4 he had found on-line. John V helped us, answered our questions, & set us up for a test drive. The RAV was everything I was looking for, and even though it was near closing time, Vince stayed late to complete the paperwork and explain all the warranties. John & Vince both walked us to the door, just like you would do for a good friend. I returned the next day to finalize the financial details and John met me at the door. He took care of a small turn-signal issue while, this time, Tyrone was the go-to guy, putting off his lunch to complete the final paperwork. Vince popped in to say hello & followed through with me while I waited a few minutes for John to get the temporary plate on my new/used car. Everyone we met at Yark from start to finish was warm, friendly, helpful, willing to go above & beyond (John even helped me set up the blue tooth feature for my phone). They made this a great experience and because they are located across from my place of employment, it will be very easy to stop in for a car wash every now & then. Great Neighbors, Great Dealership!! (Side Note - I noticed that my Glass City Marathon Relay Medal has Yark Subaru on it - a perfect example of this wonderful community-minded business.)
