Had a great experience here at York Kia. After searching and searching for the exact vehicle (package, year, etc.) that I wanted and dealing with multiple unhelpful dealerships in the area. Decided to venture out and visit York Kia, first thing I noticed is that they were honest and they didn't give you the typical sales harassment lines it was an overall great experience. Jason Spence was able to give me a reasonable monthly price and was very patient since we had some minor issues with our insurance company. (hanging up, etc.) Definitely will be visiting again if I am in need of a new vehicle in the future. Thank you for all your help!

We came in to because of the dealer's promotion. Jason helped us sort through the 2016 model inventory and find the car and the deal that we were looking for. We checked competitive pricing and feel we were dealt with honestly and fairly, and got a good deal.

Great Salesman showed me exactly what I wanted. Good trade-in with Quick deal. We were in and out with a beautiful new car in two hours. This is 3rd Sorento bow in our extended family. Had our car for a week now and love it. Would recommend York Kia to anyone looking for a fair deal on a great car.

My husband and I just purchased 2 vehicles from York Kia. #ByeFordJason was very kind to us and answered all of questions honestly. He was patient with us considering we had to wait on my crappy Ford situation to pan out. When we came in and applied Craig pulled us into his office and worked it out to get us the best deals on both our trade ins and also the best financing. (Saved on the back and forth of sales). We couldn't be happier! Thank you to Dalton also for cleaning and getting our Kia's fueled up on very short notice.

My circumstances are unusual, but in the 8 years I've lived in York, I have purchased FIVE vehicles from York Kia, with Cody Graham as my sales associate each time. Cody is a low-pressure, high-performance guy who always gets it right. From greeting to test drive, from sale and paperwork to post-sale followup, Cody and the team from York Kia have a great thing going. The showroom is welcoming. Repair/Maintenance Shop is spotless and amazingly efficient. But nothing works without the right salesman... and Cody Graham is that guy! Definitely worth a trip out to see what he can do for you. He's always done right by me.

I was hesitant about buying a new car and wasn't sure how to proceed. The sales staff made it low pressure, answered all my questions, and did very well trying to work with my budget. I got a great deal for my trade-in with 220,000 miles on it. Since then, I love my Kia Forte and have always had courteous and prompt service at the service department. I would certainly buy another car at York Kia.

On Friday September 17th the doctors informed me that they planned surgery on Monday September 20th to remove a brain tumor from my wife. Three times Friday the hospital and doctors about called about the operation planned for Monday. Somewhere in between, my wife reminded me that with all the travel between doctors and hospitals, we were probably due for an oil change on her Sorento. To ease her mind, I checked the mileage on her Kia and realized that with all else going on in our lives, I had forgotted the state inspection, too. I was beginning to feel overwhelmed. I called the service manager at York Kia and explained that Monday I NEEDED to be by her side every minute I could, Tuesday or Wednesday I could sneek in before or between visiting hours, but Thursday or after, I would need someone to be with her, as she could not be left alone. I knew what I was asking for, and that it probably wasn't going to happen. I apologised for asking. He said "No problem". He offered appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday, BEFORE visiting hours even started. I took the first available. It took a load off my mind. Her car was serviced, I never missed visiting hours, and I got to thank him in person. I received the HELP I needed, When I NEEDED it! Thanks York Kia. You have a special place in my heart.
