For 5 long days I complained about overpricing, customer service, long wait And disrespect to the Director of service Ted. No answer what do evere from him(5 Messages and walk in twice). I was given a written quote for $842 and the next day when we ready to do it the price changed to $1160. The service adviser "CK "said we made mistak and he refused to honor the quoted price.Very bad service and no respect from the manager to return our calls. We were forced to do it with the high price and CK refused to give me written breakdown to the charges of $1160 and he simply said "do you want to do the work or not".
