I purchased an elite certified car from this dealer and have had problems from the get go. When I finally got fed up and spoke with the sales person her solution was to up sell me into a brand new car.... When I said that loosing a year of payments and starting from scratch was not the solution I was looking for I did not hear from her again. Now I am either suck with a funky car or will loose money if I trade it in elsewhere. A BMW dealership should have exemplary service considering the cost of the vehicles and that has not been anything close to my experience.
