I brought my vehicle in for no heat, I was given a estimate of almost $500 for a blower motor. I rejected there estimate and decide to look at it my self. Got a $22 volt meter and discovered the blower motor was fine. The problem was the resistor. Not sure why the dealership could not of figured this out. I had to pay $119 for the WRONG diagnose. Went to auto store and bought the part for $75 and installed in 20 mins, Fixed the problem. How can an average guy figure it out better then the pros? What would have been next? They try to sell me a resistor for another $500? And the $500 for the working motor i had? DONT USE THEM!!!!! They dont know what there doing
