Customer Service: 1 Buying Process: 1
I have been shopping for a new Tahoe online and around at dealers in the area. I walk in James Hodge and walk all the way to where three people were sitting before someone greeted me. I tell them I wanted to look at a Tahoe outside. They all look at each other like none of them wanted to help me so I say "or not?" So then this guy finally gets up and wants to just show me the one inside in the showroom. It wasn't what I was wanting and was a little more than I wanted to spend so I tell him I want to go look at the one outside. He then tells me "well theyre all about the same price soooo..." Like if I didn't want to pay that much for the one inside then there was no sense showing me any of them. I tell him "not according to your website, there's about a 10,000$ difference between this one in here and the one outside." He wanted me to "show him then" and when I do he says "OK well I can go get it." After a minute I finally just said "no don't bother yourself." And then I walked out. I will be buying a new Tahoe this week, and it will not be from there. They should act like they want customers there, they shouldn't act like no one else could possibly know what their talking about, and they should at least have SOME knowledge of what vehicles they have. Me nor anyone in my family will ever buy a vehicle from there, and I will make sure anyone that asks my opinion of the place, knkws exactly how welcome and helpful they were to me.
