The car broke down 1.5 miles from dealer leaving a family stranded in Walmart parking lot. When they picked up the car my son in law made the tech get in to see how bad it was, his answer "bring it back Tuesday we'll take the engine apart" Right after the first time I don't think so. And his company's mission statement is "superior consumer experience. We will express our love for every customer daily." Sure by leaving a family stranded miles from home. Ford needs to speak with this dealer.
