I was there for 5 hrs and the finance guy didn't get all of the signatures needed...BUT I was there for 5 HOURS! My salesperson was good and the sales manager tried to make up for other issues that arose. The buying process was way too long and made me not want to buy the truck. I should be excited about a new truck, but this experience has made me regretful that I bought from them.
