I have dreamed of replacing my 2007 Grand Cherokee but I did not know the process could be so simple and convenient. I worked with the General Manager David Berwald early in the morning while my car was being serviced. By noon I drove away with a used (like new) 2014 Grand Cherokee due largely to the extra efforts of Ryan Smith who was as efficient as he was friendly. I am so excited by the car but even more thrilled that Walser continued their excellence in sales as well as there unsurpassed service. The value for the car was exceptional. The trade in for my car was generous. I never felt pressured and they opened the books to show me my selections. This was not an impulse purchase. They knew and understood I knew my options and alternatives and worked with me as I looked at two separate cars. Their honest responses and knowledge of the product was impressive. I think Mr. Berwald runs an amazing shop and knows to manage people (staff and customers) with so much respect that it translated to the highest possible professional service from management, to Ryan's processing, to Jim in the service department. This was not our first experience at Walser Jeep. My wife has also had the same extraordinary treatment as well as my daughters. All have exceeded five stars...to more like seven. That is why we returned and will continue to return. So comfortable, so affordable, and so professional. A uniquely satisfying experience. Congratulations to all.
