My car sat in their repair shop for two weeks! Not because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it; they didn't have time to look at it. It's pretty obvious they are extremely overwhelmed and lack sufficient support to move these cars out in a timely manner.I felt as if they were saying 'don't call us until we call you'. Very bad experience. At least I know where not to buy my next Volvo!!
