As first-time used-car buyers (and not having purchased a car in 16 years) we were concerned about getting one that we loved that was reliable, and from a trustworthy dealer who would care to sell us a used, rather than new, car. Chris Henriksen at Smythe-Volvo was super-awesome! He listened to our needs, answered our queries, and helped us out in a timely fashion to expedite the process and make it as smooth as possible. Having been to other dealerships that were selling supposedly certified vehicles but then realizing on the test drive that something critical wasn't right with them (one had warped break rotors, for instance) we couldn't rave more about this dealership and the experience we've had in buying this new-used car.
