HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Rude Service
1.3
Paul W. on 12/20/2015

Customer Service: 1 Buying Process: 1 Overall Facilities: 2

Right from the bat, Sofia and the manager didn't think I was serious in buying an A4 or A3. They didn't want to let me test drive an A3. Maybe for my age, they didn't think I could afford any of the cars. I had to ask Sofia 5 times if I could test drive one before she said she had to "ask" her manager if it was okay. Are you serious? Never have I been treated like this. Finally she reluctantly let me test drive one. I loved the A3 and was determined to buy one, despite rude service. However, I still wanted to check out the BMW 3, and never decide to buy a car the first visit, learned from past experience. We decided to talk price. She quickly said they couldn't go any lower than their e-price and refused to bargain with me. Everyone knows to not accept the first price, and what dealership doesn't engage in negotiation? Apparently the manager didn't think I was worthwhile either. So I told Sofia a price I would accept. She still refused. I told her if they changed their mind, they should call me. It wasn't my worst experience sadly, but ridiculous the way I was treated. You're a salesman and car dealership manager, belittling a young professional.
