Fantastic car buying experience with Audi of Silver Spring with special mention to Kevin Soltwedel who made the process so easy and relaxed. The whole team was amazing too. They all made us feel welcome and there was no pretentious attitude. Our questions were answered with patience and in a relaxed, knowledgeable atmosphere. Our daughter spilled her hot chocolate drink and it was everywhere! It seemed like everyone was there to help us clean the mess up and no one made my daughter feel bad about the accident.
