Bought a 2015 F-350 from their sister dealership in Va. Beach and try to get my service done at the Suffolk store. The last 2 times I have had service work done (mainly oil change) I was made to wait after my agreed upon pick up time. I made appointments AND dropped the vehicle off for the entire day only to go get it at the end of the day to be told we haven't finished or gotten to it yet. We are here until 6 so just wait in the lounge. REALLY??? Why did I make an appointment and then give it to you all day? To make matters worse, I received no phone call about delays or nothing. Then I watched the mechanic bump my front spoiler on the lift because he didn't make sure it would clear and cracked the spoiler. I had to eat that one because I didn't bother to look at it until the next day when I noticed it looked funny. This is not the great customer service they promote on their commercials. My time matters to me but apparently it doesn't matter as much to them.
