I purchased a new Lexus 10/15/16 there was a mistake made in the paperwork which cost me additional funds at the tax office. I have been calling twice a day for the past four days. Left messages for the finance dept., Two sales managers and my salesman. No return calls, apparently after you leave the lot you are on your own! Shame, lost future sales.
