My 2013 Chrysler 200s convertible was having a top failure. I went in without an appointment and was greeted by Mr. John Elmendorf who took the vehicle and had it immediately looked at.The gentleman was informed that the rear deck had to be replaced since a stabling bar was off, and the secondary one was coming off.Lia ordered the part and eventually repaired it under warranty.A note to Lia : if you are giving a loaner car to use during a repair, NYS law does not require a customer to leave a credit card in case of damages.The law requires only a valid drivers license and a copy of valid insurance.This point was one I was not to happy about.Please have your loaner car policy updated to follow the law in NYS.Otherwise great service as always.
