Stay away from Putnam chain (In this case Subaru) for purchasing vehicles. Over the last weekend I rented a one way car to go pick up a new car at the dealer, confirmed on the drive up by phone that I wanted everything to be in order, as I had to drive back. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the car had been sold two days ago. Lots of misinformation / deception. Save your time and energy, go somewhere else. Needless to say had get another 1 way rental for the drive home. They do not take credit cards as deposit to hold car purchased over the internet, comment made by John in an email.They will sell a car you are trying to buy without informing you.When they sell the car you wanted to someone else, the try and switch you to another car.
