I have never in my life had buying a car be so easy and nonstressful! My husband and I have not purchased ANYTHING on credit in about 8 years, needless to say our credit history was not good. I found myself in need of a car and was looking on the website, one caught my eye, so we went to take a look. I was given the very best price for the car and they took my broken 1999 Subaru as part of the down payment. Lou and his son worked with my husband and me, found financing for us and took care of all the paperwork! After having the car for a week, the check engine light came on in the car, I called Lou and told him and he got me into have the car check out immeditaly! The problem was found with the car and he made arrangments for the part to be ordered and installed on the car, at no cost to me! I was also given the CarFax for the car. I'm very pleased with the service I have received from everyone I have come in contact with at this dealership. Looking at the cars was nonstressful. Rock came out, introduced himself, asked what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and left us alone untill we needed him. We walked across the street and was greated as we walked in the door. We delt with Lou and his son and was made to feel very comfertable and at ease with the entire buying process.
