I would never recommend this Subaru dealership to anyone. After working out an MSRP and financing plan AND placing a deposit for a car that was to arrive in several weeks, these guys left us in the dark. Their communication skills with customers is very very poor - no response to emails and phone calls. Everyone that works there has an overall lack of respect for anyone's time. After our car arrived, we received one phone call saying it was in the lot but they salesperson would not honor the financing plan agreed one. We called back each day to follow-up on the progress for financing, and NO response. Keep in mind - we already have a deposit on this car. After eventually speaking to the manager several days later, we asked for an explanation for the lack of communication. We were asked to 'verbally promise a good review' before we bought the car and moved forward with the deal. Understanding that sometimes miscommunication occurs, we said this is possible as long as we get an explanation for what happened. This led to an argument in the middle of the sales floor between two managers, where one stormed out of the dealership. While the salesperson was trying to explain why his communication was so poor, his manager interrupted his apology....and that's where we realized we were wasting our time trying to work with this dealership.The salespeople here: 1) cannot keep their word, 2) are non-responsive to emails and phonecalls, 3) practice unethically by asking to 'verbally promise' certain reviews before a car sale despite their poor customer service and 4) do not respect anyone's time
