Although I did not buy a car from Jen because I had too much negative equity she gave me tips to fix that and when a better time to buy for me would be. I would most definitely recommend Jen to a friend or family member, which is saying a lot given my brother sells Toyotas in another state. Her professionalism and reliability is second to none.
