First off, Richard Bertanza is the greatest! He's patient, caring and knowledgable. Initially I was torn between leasing and financing a vehicle, but Rich thoroughly explained the benefits of leasing versus buying. He took his time to show me some cars and did everything he could to make sure I was not only happy with the Rav 4, but that it was exactly what I wanted. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy even after stopping by dealership a few times before making my final decision. Rich made everything super easy and exciting. Everything I asked for he went above and beyond. My expectations were far exceeded. I will never look for another car salesman again. He's my go to car salesman for life!!!!!!
