When hubby takes our van in for maintenance, they do it, no problems. When I take it in, somethings wrong. Six months or so ago, it cost me around $800. Three months ago, when hubby took van in for oil change, everything was fine. I took it in 3 months later for routine oil change and a wheel alignment from just getting back from a trip, and it needs $1200 in repairs. I tried to tell my husband not to send me there alone. That'll teach him! We took it to a VERY highly recommended mechanic and told him what the dealership said - all bull. I will NEVER return to this dealership again. And now I'm gun shy - hubby is never sending me alone for repairs. It's too expensive when you're not with a man. Hate to say it - just the way the world operates.
