I attempted to buy a white Jeep commander from here. I live pretty far away so I would need to make the deal over the phone or internet before I drove there. I realize they would have to drive my trade in before the deal was sealed. But we could at least get the ball rolling. Right? No......I made innitial contact over email via cars.com. Got a call from them while I was in a meeting, I returned the call 15 mins later only to be told by someone I could barely understand that they were busy and would call me back in 10 mins....Excuse me? I understand though he probably had a customer, no biggie. I waited, I wanted this truck bad. 10 mins turned to 1 hour, 1 hour to one day. I waited another day and sent a lengthy email with all my information, my trade in's information, down to the vin#. Still got no response. I guess I wasn't taken seriously. I am currently searching for my Commander somewhere else. The only way I would even consider buying from them would be if I was placed with a more professional salesperson and they shaved 2k off the price after ignoring me like I was a child. That would never happen so this is the bad review they get.
