They made us an amazing deal and helped us in getting out of an upside down loan. Not only did we lower our monthly payment, our gas, and insurance....but we have essentially canceled out a little bit of negative equity. The finance department was very professional and pretty quick. Now I know having extremely good credit helped us, but without a hand from the team at Alexander we'd still be where we started. .
