ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE STEERING YOKE WAS NOT WELDED TO THE STEERING SHAFT. IF THE VEHICLE IS OPERATED IN THIS CONDITION, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE YOKE MAY COME OFF FROM THE SHAFT, AND COULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF VEHICLE STEERING CONTROL.

I found a car here online at a good price. I went in on a Saturday and test drove it and was interested. I returned Sunday to make an offer and despite the Web site and all the signs on the building stating that they were open 10 to 4 there was no one there. I ended up buying the car. They said it would be ready Monday and I advised them that I work till 6. Owner said no problem call me and I can arrange to meet you. I called Monday and was told that they were closing at 6 and couldn't stay how about tomorrow? I called next day and was told they couldn't stay open. I told him I would be in Friday AM as I was not working. On Friday I showed up. The guy there was new and didn't know where the title was so he called the owner who advised that they were locked up and he would be there in 20 minutes. He showed an hour and half later and acted like my time didn't matter. Cracking jokes like nothing happened.
