The buying process was POSITIVE. I purchased a truck at a good price, and received a fair trade-in value as well. That's giving credit where its due. The NEGATIVE came on the back end. They needed a title on my trade-in, a month after the deal, and treated me like an ex-con in the process even though I was cooperative. No tact whatsoever. I have no plans of ever doing business with them again, and I have no idea why anyone else would either.
