All the staff at Andy Mohr Volkswagen are down to Earth and never give the impression that you're wasting their time. They are one of the newest VW Dealerships and are persistent on being #1 and staying #1. This attitude makes for a great purchasing environment, because they are working for you, the only way to be number #1 is to have complete customer satisfaction.We purchased a new 2016 VW Jetta Sport. Ben Mendoza, Jose Ceballos, Rodney Kibbey, and Jay Layton worked hard to ensure we got the best deal when we traded our car in towards a new Jetta. Jose Ceballos and Jay Layton are great salesmen and helped with any concerns we had. Everyone at this dealership is family and child friendly. Everyone at the dealership interacted well with our 2yr old son and never made it seem like it was a burden that he ran and played, Jay Layton even played tag with him.The only complaint I have about Andy Mohr VW is the time it took to complete the deal. It took a little while longer than I expected due to their only being one finance person between the 3 dealerships (Andy Mohr VW, Nissan, Toyota) the day we decided to purchase. We also had to return the day after purchasing to resign some documents that were misprinted. Outside of the length it took to sign documents and get the deal completed Andy Mohr VW was a great experience. If youre looking to purchase a new or used car keep this dealer in mind, you won't be disappointed!
