CERTAIN VEHICLES FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 212, "WINDSHIELD MOUNTING." AN INCORRECT PRIMER MAY HAVE BEEN USED WHEN INSTALLING THE WINDSHIELD. THE SAME PRIMER MAY HAVE ALSO BEEN APPLIED TO THE LIFTGATE GLASS AND THE SIDE STATIONARY GLASS.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Century. I was very pleased with the selection and service, I found several vehicles in my price range. After a few weeks I noticed a leak which was later determined to be power steering fluid. I brought to my local mechanic and was surprised that it would be an almost $600 repair as all power steering lines needed to be replaced.After repairing the vehicle I wrote a brief letter of explanation as well as enclosing a copy of repair bill to Century to see if there was any assistance they may be able to provide. I was well aware I had purchased a used car and that they were not really responsible, or had any obligation to cover something like this. I didn't even expect a response or anything. However, I was absolutely surprised to get a call from Pat with Century auto stating they would cover half my repair bill for me. Wow!!
