An inflator rupture may result in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants resulting in serious injury or death.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain model year 2009-2011 Acura TSX, 2011 TSX Wagon, 2010-2011 Acura ZDX, 2008-2011 Honda Accord, 2010-2011 Accord Crosstour, 2006-2011 Civic, Civic Hybrid, and Civic GX, 2007-2011 CR-V, 2010-2011 FCX Clarity and Insight, and 2009-2011 Fit, and Pilot vehicles originally sold, or ever registered, in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan), and the U.S. Virgin Islands, or "Zone A." Additionally, unless already included in "Zone A" above, Honda is recalling certain model year 2008 Honda Accord, 2006-2008 Civic, Civic Hybrid and Civic GX, and 2007-2008 CR-V vehicles originally sold, or ever registered, in Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, or "Zone B." Terrible service

Customer Service: 1 Quality Of Repair: 1 Overall Facilities: 4

I went in 10/16/2015 to have the alternator replaced. It took 4 hours to complete a 2 hour job and the cost was $423. The service personnel were friendly and seemed professional. After leaving for Baton Rouge, the serpentine belt came off while turning onto Interstate 12. I tried driving to next exit, but car shut off. Got help to get me to a gas station and popped the hood. The belt tensioner was hanging loose. At 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon, no service was available. We got a cab into baton Rouge and rented a car to return home Sunday. I called dealership on Monday morning, they agreed to get the car and fix it. After replacing the belts they told me the engine was locked up. They scoped it and said cylinders 1&5 pistons were destroyed and they would replaced the engine for $3300. The dealership stated blown engine was my fault since I drove car after belt came off. I picked car up 10/30 and dealership charged $328 for towing and engine scope Avoid this place.

bought the car with a break problem (shaking/making clanging noise) and oil problem (using oil too quickly )from a gas station dealer at about 53k. I replaced all the pads and rotors at 53k before I realized the true cause of the braking problems is a bad brake system. The oil problem was fixed by a Honda dealer through a warranty/recall where the engine was pretty much rebuilt. The Accord is great because despite being quite large it has good acceleration and handling. Unfortunately, I gave the car low marks for Road Holding because the car is easily tossed by highway winds.. irrelevant to Road Holding but related on the highway the cabin is very, very noisy., otherwise, the suspension/steering are phenomenal at slow speeds (25-45mph) I have Good Year All Season Tires and they work really well in the snow. The Accord just hit 83k miles and the brake problems have returned.
