Customer Service: 1 Buying Process: 3 Quality Of Repair: 1

I bought a 2007 Chevrolet pickup from them. I am 500 miles from them, so I ask alot of questions and looked at their pictures. One question was any scratches or dents. They said none. They set up the transportation to me. Iwas told I would get it on Tuesday. I got it on Saturday. After many calls with alot of stories. The pickup has damage on the rear end housing and a big scratch on the drivers door. It also had 550 more miles on it than the paper work shows, it was hauled. This is not ok. Now they think the scratch was there, they wrote the wrong milage down, and the damage on the rear end housing-- who knows. Beware!!!! They are no help after they get paid.
