This is exactly how I wanted to buy a car. I wanted to buy the car I wanted, absolutely no pressure. I don't care about how the facility looks i am there to get a car, not a building. The staff treats you like family, you will feel like you are getting the bargain of a life time. We all get so busy at our job that accidentally we let a good customer slip through the cracks, we have all been that customer at one time or another. It doesn't happen at East Side Auto.
