This was my first time purchasing a vehicle with this company. From the time My husband and I walked into the dealership to the time we walked out, we were completely satisfied with everything. The entire staff was very courteous. Joe centers was our sales man and he went above and beyond with his service. He was a great sales man that was nice and not pushy. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted! He made the process very easy and accommodated my husband's busy schedule.

We have owned our Sorento for 5 years and we have had zero trouble with it. We do get our oil changes regularly. At the time its price and mileage were the reason we bought it. We are shopping again, and have looked at the Sorento, but need to compare it with other crossovers because its price has gone up and need to be sure new ones or all brands have equal mileage, cost, and options. When we bought it the advertised mileage was incorrect, but KIA corrected it. Would say gps needs updating and the cost is TOOOOOO HIGH, so we use a garmin when needed for exact or a new location!
