Car is great - Bluetooth sucks

Everything about this car is exactly what I expected based upon reviews and highway safety accolades. The only downside is the unpredictability of Bluetooth connectivity. After numerous attempts between me and the dealership to reset the phone, I am still unable to talk to others hands free. I can hear them just fine, but all they hear is a noise similar to a screaming chimpanzee. Not kidding. Randomly, the Bluetooth won't recognize the phone and I'm unable to play music from it. Then other times, Siri and Google navigator can't hear my voice commands. So much for hands free. I know these are entirely #firstworldproblems, but when I spend this much on a car I want to keep forever, it's exasperating!
