(Bentley) is recalling certain model year 2012-2014 Continental GT vehicles manufactured February 1, 2011, to April 30, 2014, 2012-2015 Continental GTC vehicles manufactured February 1, 2011, to June 30, 2014, 2012-2013 Continental Flying Spur vehicles manufactured March 31, 2011, to August 30, 2012, and 2014 Flying Spur vehicles manufactured February 28, 2013, to April 28, 2014. In the affected vehicles, a battery cable connection may be loose at the firewall.

I had been looking for a specific vehicle in a specific color and was unable to find one locally (Tampa), but I was able to find two in the Miami area. I reached out to both dealers and since they were not very far apart I decided to take a road trip and look at both before making a decision. The first dealership that I visited had terrible reviews, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. When I arrived it was like a comical nightmare. I say comical because I genuinely could not believe how that establishment could still be in business with the way they treat their customers. I quickly departed the premises, having never even set eyes on the car, and drove to Jumbo Luxury Cars. I knew they had good reviews as I had checked them out at the same time as the other dealer. I had no idea though that they could exceed all expectations! First of all, the only cars found on their lot are luxury cars, not saying that they know everything about all of them, but they definitely know quite a bit about most of them. The two individuals that I dealt with, Ray and Zack, were absolutely outstanding. My arrival was expected, but contrary to other dealership behavior, I was actually greeted when I arrived. I was able to look at the vehicle without being pressured or rushed. I had a trade in, and was actually given a fair price and not ridiculously low-balled, and the transaction couldn't have been faster or smoother. After the car had been washed I noticed a few things that needed to be taken care of, nothing big, and nothing that they should have been obliged to fix and they actually offered to make an appointment to bring the car back and have it taken care of!! WHO does that??Jumbo Luxury Cars has made a customer for life. They are not simply a dealership were individuals work, they clearly are a team and have a culture of only accepting those willing to give exceptional customer service. I will be purchasing all of my future automobiles from them. If you are in the market for a luxury car that they have available, do not even waste your time with anyone else. You will be treated like family here, which goes a long way in my book. Bravo
