I called to inquire about pricing and how they obtain it if not from KBB or other well-known vessels. I was told I was being "argumentative" and "rude" by asking these questions and called "honey" and told hung up on. He was a terrible sales person who later in the conversation told me "we treat customers like family". HAHAHAHAHA so I asked "oh this is how you treat family?" and in return was hung up on.
