If the passenger frontal air bag does not deploy as intended in the event of a crash, the passenger is at an increased risk of injury.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2016-2017 Nissan Maxima, 2013-2016 Nissan Altima, NV200, LEAF, Sentra, and Pathfinder, 2014-2016 Nissan NV200 Taxi, Infiniti QX60, QX60 Hybrid, and Q50 Hybrid, 2014-2017 Nissan Rogue and Infiniti Q50, 2015-2016 Nissan Murano, Murano Hybrid, and Chevrolet City Express, 2014-2015 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid, and 2013 Infiniti JX35 vehicles. Customer Service: 1 Quality Of Work: 1 Friendliness: 3 Pricing: 3 Overall Experience: 1

Found a car I liked, had it transferred and fell in love. Had everything done including financing and they needed my divorce decree to prove the car was mine in the divorce. Got the papers they needed for that but it still wasn't good enough. They questioned the authenticity of my ex husbands signature. I was asked whether the divorce decree was from the lawyer or a copy. It was in fact a copy from the cifruit clerk where you get copies of legal documents. Needless to say I left without buying a car and showed my greatest support to the finance department with two fingers in the air. I literally bent over backwards trying to get this car. I took off of work to get the requested paperwork they needed, came after work to get things done and wasted many hours of my time to leave empty handed. I think the whole experience was a blessing in disguise because we bought a better car basically for the same price from a dealership that actually cares. I will NEVER do business with Carmax ever again and I will tell all my friends to do the same. The issues they had with my title and divorce decree the other dealership didn't. I think they were purposely sabotaging me. The associate we had was very kind and understanding. He was even shocked they denied me the car.

25k miles and nothing has broken. Oil changes and tire rotations that's it. We test drove all the cars in the segment. It was a toss up between the Rogue and Mazda CX-5. So the Rogue won. The suspension is super soft so it doesn't handle like a sports car. The CVT does make it pokey. MPG avg is 27.5 but it does a bit better than that. Over 30 on the hwy. If I had to do it over, would likely go with the RAV4.
