This was the most positive car-buying experience I've every had in purchasing a car for my mother. It was smooth and user-friendly. Carolyn Short, our salesperson, gave my mother her undivided attention. She began with finding the exact car my mother wanted, then showing her how to operate the car and use the controls properly. It did not end there, she held my mother's hand through the financing process and arranged someone to drive her old car along with her new Toyota Camry home. Mom did not do a trade-in. We were all very pleased and happy in the end. In summary, Carolyn is very attentive to her clients and highly professional in her process. By explaining everything very well, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor, and following through with promises and commitments she gave us outstanding customer service and made the process a very pleasant experience.
