I'll be the first to say that I hate shopping for a new or used car. After my experience at Exclusive Motorcars I no longer feel this way. One important thing for me was making sure the Bluetooth worked properly, as I basically work out of my car and need my phone often. Upon request he ordered the correct Bluetooth puck for me and made sure it worked at their expense. After purchasing the car I realized the first night that it had a burnt out headlamp. I emailed him the next morning and he ordered the light for me, again at their expense. Exclusive Motorcars also have a great relationship with the local banks. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350 and I couldn't be happier. In fact, it's the first time I've ever left a car lot not feeling like I was taken advantage of. Other dealerships could learn a lot from these guys. If you're in the market for a great used car I recommend giving them a visit. A+++
