Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Dodge Journey, Charger and Durango, RAM 2500, 3500, 3500 Cab Chassis (more than 10,000lb), 4500 Cab Chassis and 5500 Cab Chassis, Jeep Cherokee and Grand Cherokee and Chrysler 300, 2014-2019 RAM 1500, 2015-2018 Dodge Challenger, 2015-2017 Chrysler 200, 2016-2018 RAM 3500 Cab Chassis (less than 10,000 lb), 2017-2018 Chrysler Pacifica and 2018 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. These vehicles are being recalled to address a defect that could prevent the cruise control system from disengaging. If, when using cruise control, there is a short circuit within the vehicle's wiring, the driver may not be able to shut off the cruise control either by depressing the brake pedal or manually turning the system off once it has been engaged, resulting in either the vehicle maintaining its current speed or possibly accelerating.

Enjoying my 2015 ram 2500! Tommy was a great salesman. My problem is with the receptionist whom schedules appointments and the service manager Jude. I purchased 5 trucks from sterling including this one over the years. I live in Alexandria and work away. I called in for scheduling to pick up my vehicle at my home in Alexandria for service and I was told I live to far my pick up and delivery.I demanded to speak to the service manager who's voicemail is full and I was placed on hold for 15 solid minutes. Finally Jude picks up and questions me what I need done in service and I told him just a oil change. He told me sarcastically that there's no one to pick up and deliver just for an oil change. I questioned him about the advertisement for pickup/delivery and he told me to get with my salesman. You would think after my 5th truck driving 50 miles to a dealer that I could get treated better! Service Department needs to tighten up and follow through with regulations and respect. The overall issues I see is the unprofessional acts from appointment scheduling and Jude which isn't the first time he has been unhelpful and rude to customers as I've been told and witnessed. I told Jude that i was going to call Mr Robert Cook to possibly help resolve my issue and his response to me was "good luck". Something needs to be done in service department and to earn my business back!! I can accept that it may be a inconvenience to pick up my truck just for oil change, but it's the way I was treated after all the good business I have brought over the years.
