I have bought cars here before in fact my wife just got a new 2016 focus about a month ago. This time however I've been waiting for over a week to here about my loan. I've called 3-4 times. We'll get back to you, another day goes by, I call again, I should be able to call you back in an hour and a half. I say ok, are you sure, yes!! Waited and waited, no call. They have closed.
