Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2012-2021 RAM 3500, 3500 Cab Chassis, 4500 Cab Chassis, and 5500 Cab Chassis vehicles. Incorrect information in the Service and Owner's Manuals may cause the flanged lug nuts to be over-tightened, which could result in a broken wheel stud and possible wheel separation.

We are from Ontario and plan to purchase GM vehicle when we return home. On two different occasions we dealt with salesmen from Bell& Bell in test driving cars that they obviously knew that we could not purchase to take into Canada. We found these people from the dealership to be extremely sincere in helping us make a choice in selecting the vehicle that would best suit our needs when we returned to Canada Conversly we spoke to a alternate Gm dealer in Myrtle Beach who treated us with indifference when they found out we were from Canada, and informed us that we could not test drive a vehicle.
