I was about to purchase two new cars, a new S class to replace my 2013 model and a new 2017 GLE to replace my wife's ML 350, but after dealing with Richard Bennis and Brion Fitzgerald, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.On November 23rd 2016, I signed a work order # 238522 for a certain cost.After leaving me waiting for full 3 hours, I was told that the repair was done at a much higher cost.After complaining to Richard Bennis and Brion Fitzgerald, they gave 2 choices, either paying the higher price or undo the repair!
