I was interested in a vehicle listed on Cars.com and on the dealers website. I sent two requests for information through Cars.com over the course of a week and never received a response. I eventually called the dealership. After waiting for an answer for a dozen rings, I was greeted by someone to seemed like they would rather be doing anything else but answer the phone. I received lax, one word answers to my inquiries and I was informed, contrary to the same verbiage posted on Cars.com and the dealer website (e.g. Financing is available!!) that financing was, in fact, not available on the car. I will definitely not be considering this dealership for future purchases. Trying to deal with this dealership was a complete waste of time.
