Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2019 Edge vehicles. The driver-side seat belt pretensioner anchor may have been improperly crimped, possibly resulting in the seat belt webbing detaching from the anchor in the event of a crash.

Looking to purchase a used car arrived and there were three sales associates standing outside plus one on the lot I walk the entire lot twice not a single person came to welcome me or ask if I needed help! Now I was the only customer on the lot and the sales associates outside could careless one even walk by me and didn't say "hello" so I finally left and felt frustrated to say the least. I thought about this situation and wanted to talk to the sales manager so I called around 8:20 pm and a sales person answered he said he would get the sales manager then proceeded to leave me on hold for almost fifteen minutes before I hung up. Needless to say I didn't buy a vehicle today from Ford in Vista!!
